So, I'm thinking about doing a quick stupid game for this game jam: https://itch.io/jam/a-game-by-its-cover-2016 Basically, the idea of the game jam is you make a game based on a fake Famicom cartridge label. They provide images from a "Famicase Exhibition" where Japanese artists make fake game carts, and you can choose from those. But, you aren't limited to them, nor are you limited to Famicom covers. I figured I'd see if anyone here wants to donate a game cover image by July 15th, and I'll try to code a game around it by the submission deadline. Anyone up to the challenge? (Please note: I won't have too terribly long to make the game, so it won't be complex at all.) |
