So, I did make good on my promise to be a consumer whore and picked up the new SimCity. Yes, it has tons of issues with regards to the servers. It has some very debilitating bugs with regards to things like Bobby Blackwolf (sandbox) Mode. It's dramatically deficient as a singleplayer experience.

This thread is kinda about that, but more about me trying to see who of you also did what I did and purchased it. It's clear to me that the "optimal" experience that the devs intended with SimCity is in a region populated by your friends. I'd like to try that, at least once. I'd like to create a VOG region where a couple of us have our own cities and try to work together, create a great work, etc.
