Hat tip to LOKI of Orange Lounge Radio for tipping me off about the novel, I really enjoyed it! Cliffs notes version is its basically Charlie and the Chocolate Factory meets The Matrix of sorts, about a VR 'easter egg hunt' of sorts to find one eccentric billionare's hidden treasure and the key to inheriting his vast fortune and control of the virtual world of OASIS.

I personally loved the book, and am super hyped for the motion picture.... I do wonder if this means maybe he'll get to use some of his movies in the book? I wonder has he done any for warner bros.? (I'm not sure how that will work but it'll be interesting to see how this turns out.)
