they played this before star wars and i was like "oh yeah i forgot to watch that trailer"
... i didn't *HATE* it, but it made me go "okay, it's just gonna be an action flick"... spotlighting the fact that the fast & furious director is involved doesn't really set my expectations any differently.
Kinda still agree with Bobby though, I'd prefer to see Star Trek go back to it's roots, HOPEFULLY the TV show will accomplish this, and this will probably be the last of the Star Trek Abrams universe films so who knows what they'll do with the movies next.
