They're releasing the Japanese bluRay with English subtitles. Granted each episode is going to be on a separate BR, and each one is going to be about 70-80 bucks in Japan.

The new Motoko design is actually similar to the movie designs, and since this is more of a mini series movie instead of a full series. It's kind of fitting I guess. |
