(RE: Show 637) While I’m definitely enjoying “Supergirl” as a whole, I was disappointed with the (physical) appearance of Red Tornado. The F/X for the character was surprisingly bad in a year that gave us a visually stunning Vision in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” as well as really great portrayals of Gorilla Grodd and King Shark on “The Flash.” Honestly by comparison the Red Tornado costume came across as a soccer moms homemade quick fix for a young Trick r’ Treater then something made by a big network production company in the twenty-first century.

(RE: Show 638) I have to say that the more ‘on the offense’ storyline fall season of the “Walking Dead” combined with some allusions made by Critical Myth (having not read the source material) has lead to a last minute reprieve to remain on my watch list. I’m not saying that the program has ever faltered in quality of script or performance of its actors; this has always been a well made show. After five seasons of the core group constantly suffering without any real gain it’s just makes me ask; what’s the point? So far the “Walking Dead’ has covered the post-apocalypse quite well and now “Fear the Walking Dead” seems to be covering the apocalypse itself. Now though I think it’s time to show some legitimate attempt to rebuild society. My hope is Alexandria is that place where humanities resurrection begins, since it’s my understanding that it’s managed to continue to endure in the comics. I’m not saying there still shouldn’t be struggle, danger or loss, but it would be nice to finally have some hope for the main characters and humanity in general.
