CREATE SOMETHING, DAMMIT!
You can create any game you want, as long as it is available online. If you want to make a pen and paper game, then all the materials must be available online.
Do not include copywritten elements in your game. Public domain assets are fine (or assets where you have secured the copyright, such as those from an asset store.)
It would be best if you created a thread about your entry on this subforum, and post weekly updates so we can follow your progress.
If you have any other questions, ask here and we'll answer, but the golden rule is: CREATE SOMETHING, DAMMIT!

Since there's a little bit of confusion, you can't attach your game to the email. You need to upload it somewhere and give us the link. We can then download it and host it ourselves if you request.
And, don't forget to include the name and description in the email.

Since I already submitted my game, do I have to wait til you guys review it to revise things? hitstun was streaming some of the entries last night and he gave me some feedback on my game which I was going to implement, but didn't know if I had to wait to submit an updated version.
