Checking in (finally) from NJ. We're all good, house had very minimal damage, especially compared to the rest of the neighborhood (as in, we fixed everything ourselves in about 10 minutes). No water in the basement, thankfully...that's usually a big problem. In fact, our neighbor is running a generator 24/7 just to keep his basement from flooding.
Currently at work, which has power/internet access...obviously...but I drive across the state to get here, and I can honestly say that I saw only one or two small spots with power. The rest of the state is completely down. Trees and power lines down everywhere. Cell reception is extremely spotty...when you can get it, everyone is trying to use it, so it's bogged down.
Not sure when power will return...estimates are next week sometime...so Critical Myth will likely be off next week...sigh...

Alive here in Maine! It was actually pretty anticlimactic here. Five days of solid rain...so pretty much a normal Fall in New England. Hope everyone else out there is being safe.
