Hey guys. Love the show. Just wanted to drop you a note about something you mentioned regarding The Leftovers is episode 475. In the show, it is really inexplicable that Aimee is just roaming about the sheriff's house. I just read the book however, and it is explained in there. Her mother isn't around and the father is abusive and doesn't really care about her, so the sheriff took her in sort of as a boarder. Of course, in the book he isn't the sheriff and there is no character of his father....
