I got a code for the final phase of the FFXIV Beta in my email. Do I need the code, or can I just log in with the game I already have installed on my PS3?

You need to code to download the new client. The old client won't work anymore.

Awesome. I deleted the old client since it was taking up about 6 GB and got the new one. Had some login issues because I forgot my username, but I should be able to get on and get into the Linkshell tonight hopefully.

MMOs or WoW doesn't interest me. But I listen to this show to hear your opinions, and learn, and for your wonderful personalities. I feel like a pervert somewhat, looking into your bedroom windows.
