The character Flacco was referring to is called Kazuya. His devil form is called Devil Kazuya - but I like "big purple bat" better.

Some tips that can [hopefully] help you when facing another Devil Kazuya, or Devil Jin (yes, Devil Jin is in this game too) is when the laser fires straight at you, you can duck down by pressing down. When Devil Kazuya/Jin flies up in the air, you can side step by pressing up or down twice quickly.

Great show this week... Really helped me on my drive from NY to Boston the other day.

I have to say that i REALLY fell in love with the FF14 RR beta when i was playing it in Phase 3 and 4. I have been on the fence about getting it since launch but with all of the server issues that they have been experiencing i am ok with waiting until that is remedied.
