Horde House

Episode 120: And then I Die Kicked

Xtofer and Rob are back from various convention trips to PAX and DragonCon, and report on the things that were seen and the games that were played. The packet loss monster tries to stop Xtofer from his report, but he’s able to tell us about a simple fighting game with only two buttons. Ghemit also drops by once again to tell us about a different simple flash game that will STEAL YOUR SOUL… with cookies.

In more standard online game news, World of Warcraft announces the new raiding schedule, but one e-mailer points out how there’s people complaining about it. Do the hosts feel these complaints are justified? Also, we talk about Diablo 3 on the console and a DC Universe expansion. Lastly but not leastly, after all these episodes, and all this time, Shane has an excuse to bring up one of his favorites on the show.

All this and MORE on the show about ALL things online gaming but NEVER too SRSLY – HORDE HOUSE!

Wait a second, did I miss something here? When did you guys start kicking dice around in this episode? Is that another way of playing Craps? You kick the dice and call it Die Kick.

Another free-to-play fighting game for you (because I couldn't wait to tell you on the next OLR post).

Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate: Core Fighters on PS3, it's on the PSN Store now for North America, and tomorrow for the EU. For some reason, they have kept this quiet, I found it by chance when I went onto the DOA official site last month.

It's 3 GB, so one o those downloads you'll have to leave in the background.
