Microsoft had a Developer Direct this week, which included the surprise release of Hi-Fi Rush, an action game set to the beat of music. Basically, it's Beatonetta. Or Devil May Dance. Whatever you want to call it, we give our impressions of this game. We also talk about the perception of the Direct in the gaming community, and if people set their expectations at an unreasonable level for what Microsoft had to say.
