Unfortunately, with major tech industry layoffs this week, the game industry was not immune to having layoffs within it as well. We know 343 Studios at Microsoft was impacted, as well as many other places throughout the industry. We talk about this and why it could be happening now, but also try to have a positive outlook on how the industry really takes care of their own. Best of luck to anyone impacted by this sad news. Changes to YouTube policies effected many gaming content creators this week. Is it right to change the rules that were in place for so long and retroactively apply them to content that has been made? YouTube isn't the only company being faced with this question this week, as Wizards of the Coast makes controversial changes to Dungeons and Dragons that have people concerned for the future. D&D has inspired many video games, so we update ourselves on this controversy and what it could mean for a larger industry.
